All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse via UPS. Other routing is available upon request.
YesAnime, Inc. DO NOT offered net payment term, all shipment must pre-paid by credit card or COD,
company check, cashiers check, and money order, freight charges will be added to all invoices and
COD shipments. Also, we accept Visa, Master, American Express, Discover cards and Paypal.
(there is 3% for all credit card and paypal fee)

There are no return allowances offered by YesAnime, Inc.
Unauthorized returned packages will be refused and sent back.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
All returns will require authorization (please contact us).
All damages items must reports with in seven days after received shipment.
All sales final after seven days.(NO EXCEPTIONS)
